Entered the market with 98 cc Autocycles, took over the design and production equipment for the 98 cc Rudge Autocycle
and also built motorcycles with 98 cc to 247 cc Villiers two-stroke engines.
In some countries they were renamed Rambler.
In the late 1950's they bought the remains of the German Achelles factory.
In the early 1960s the Norman brothers sold out to the big Raleigh group of companies and manufacture of Norman motorcycles came to an end.
