Goods must be checked upon receipt as British Only Austria are not obliged to accept any returns after 21 days. Due to ever increasing admin costs, goods returned, correctly supplied, will incur a minimum handling charge of 15%.
Please note: we do not accept returns, where we have to pay the postage. We do not refund shipping costs.
